What are the important milestones in your career since you started at EG, Luc?
On 29/02/2016, I joined EG as a Medical Representative. This choice was driven by EG's aura in the Belgian pharmaceutical world, a reference. I was warmly welcomed by my colleague at the time, and the first successes came quickly. The excellent collaboration with the other MEPs has always been a source of inspiration and motivation to achieve our ambitious goals.
Tell us more about your journey at EG!
The Growth Mindset is part of everyday life at EG. Perfect for personal development. My first RSM gave me expertise in sales techniques, and my second in people management. On May 2nd, 2022, thanks to those achievements and 6 years of success as a MEP, I was able to discover the position of RSM. It's a job that's as varied as it is exciting, where the human element is omnipresent. Helping my MEPs to develop, achieve their objectives and flourish at EG is my greatest source of energy. This team amazes me every day, we have some incredible MEPs!
Is there something that not everyone knows about you?
I'm passionate about running, and this hobby has taught me to constantly strive for performance and perfection in every action. It's an attitude that enables us to go that extra mile to achieve our Purpose of Caring for People's Health. It's an attitude that I also try to pass on to my team to achieve success.
