At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.
In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honor the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the 'EG Spotlight' was created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, an EG Spotlight for Launch Excellence and a Spotlight for Performance were created.
The EG Spotlights are awarded during our company day. We are happy to highlight these MEPs!
Christelle Ferain has been dedicated to inform health practicioners about EG for nearly 17 years, day in and day out. She does not do this alone, colleagues can always count on her support. This is why it was an obvious choice for EG to award her the One STADA Spotlight!

Why do you think you have won this Spotlight, Christelle?
Because for more than 17 years I have woken up every morning with the same eagerness to give it my all, see my doctors and inform them about the quality of our products. That is actually the job of every sales colleague on the road, and thankfully so, because that drive is necessary to do the job. But where I perhaps distinguish myself is in the fact that I constantly dare to question myself, to always improve my impact and with the mindset "dare to change and push limits." This may also be a quality that is strengthened with age and experience.
Also, the bonds I build with the people around me (my colleagues and doctors), and the fact that I like to push them up, I think is a reason why I won this beautiful Spotlight. I give open feedback on what is working well and not so well on the job. I combine this feedback with constructive suggestions to improve our approach. This is important because together we can achieve more.
What does the value One STADA mean to you?
One STADA stands for collaboration. It is by sharing knowledge with others that you yourself learn and broaden your horizons, improve your results and keep your mental well-being at work high. We have a job where relationships are important, and we need to keep and maintain that. That's also the beauty of our job.
What else would you like
to achieve within your function at EG?
I would like to share my experience and knowledge with the new colleagues so that they have a good understanding of what EG is and what EG stands for. That you have to feel our job at heart. It is so much more than selling boxes of medicine. A good health for everyone, that is the most important thing.
