At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.
In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honor the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the 'EG Spotlight' was created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, an EG Spotlight for Launch Excellence and a Spotlight for Performance were created.

Why do you think you have won this Spotlight, Kristof?
I owe it above all to my dear colleagues who nominated me!
For my part, I think I owe it to my entrepreneurial spirit, my solution-oriented thinking and action, which give me all the space I need in my job and work environment.
What does the value Entrepreneurship mean to you?
I see Entrepreneurship as a real necessity in a changing pharmaceutical landscape where innovation often makes the difference.
For me, an innovative approach is often the key to providing the best care every day, interacting with my colleagues, pharmacists and patients. It's my way of contributing to our Purpose of "Caring for People's Health".
What else would you like to achieve within your function at EG?
To continue to inspire and support my colleagues and customers in the rapidly changing pharmaceutical landscape. To work together to find the best tools to ensure that our medicines and supplements serve the patient in the most effective way possible.
